Service Agreement

For: Lead and Succeed Education Pty Ltd
(covers courses, tutoring, workshops — local and international)

SERVICE AGREEMENT

Effective Date: 06/08/2025

This Service Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between you (“Client”, “you”) and Lead and Succeed Education Pty Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”).

By purchasing or booking any of our services (digital courses, tutoring, or workshops), you agree to the following:

1. Services Provided

We offer:

• Digital education courses for parents and students
• Group and 1:1 online tutoring
• Live workshops and learning events

All services are delivered online unless otherwise specified. You are responsible for having the required internet and device access.

2. Bookings and Payment

Services may be purchased via our website, Stripe, or direct booking forms. Payment must be made in full at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed.

3. Cancellations and Refunds

• Digital Courses: Non-refundable once accessed, except as required by Australian Consumer Law.
• Tutoring Services: Sessions cancelled with 24+ hours’ notice may be rescheduled. No refunds for no-shows or late cancellations.
• Workshops/Events: Refunds available up to 72 hours before event start time. After this point, credits may be offered at our discretion.

4. Client Responsibility

You agree to:

• Attend sessions on time
• Act respectfully towards staff and other students
• Maintain confidentiality of any digital materials provided
• Not share login or course access with others

5. Results Disclaimer

We make no guarantees regarding student progress or academic outcomes. Every child is different. We provide high-quality resources and instruction, but your child’s success depends on multiple factors including practice, support, and consistency at home.

6. Intellectual Property

All course content, materials, and lesson resources are owned by Lead and Succeed Education Pty Ltd. These may not be copied, redistributed, or repurposed without written permission.

7. Privacy

Your data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available on our website.

8. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we exclude all liability for loss or damage (direct or indirect) resulting from use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by you for the relevant service.

9. Jurisdiction

This Agreement is governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes will be handled in that jurisdiction.
