With over a decade of experience in primary education, I bring both classroom leadership and curriculum expertise to the development of young learners.
As a former Head of K–2, trained NAPLAN marker, contributor to the 2021 NSW English Syllabus (3–6), educational consultant for tutoring academies, and former ICAS assessment consultant, I have worked closely with the systems that shape how students are taught, assessed, and evaluated.
This gives my students a distinct advantage.
They are not simply completing practice tasks — they are learning with guidance grounded in a deep understanding of how strong writing is taught, assessed, and refined within the education system.
WHY I CREATED THIS WORK
Over the years, I saw the same pattern again and again.
Many capable students were being asked to produce strong writing without ever being explicitly taught how to build it.
They were told to “add more detail.”
They were encouraged to “expand their ideas.”
But very few students were actually shown how writing works.
Without structure, writing can feel overwhelming.
Students hesitate, lose confidence, and begin to believe they are “not good writers”.
Lead & Succeed Education was created to change that.

Because students grow when they are shown what they are capable of and given the structure to reach it.
Many students arrive hesitant.
Over time, they become more confident, articulate, and willing to stretch themselves.
