A consultation allows us to understand your child’s current writing level, identify potential learning gaps, and determine whether the Lead & Succeed program is the right fit.
This conversation helps ensure that students enter the program with clarity and realistic expectations about how they will grow.
During the consultation we will explore:
• your child’s current writing confidence and school experience
• areas where they may be feeling stuck or uncertain
• the skills they need to strengthen next
• how the Lead & Succeed Education coaching programs work
• which pathway would best support their development
This is also an opportunity for parents to ask questions and understand how the program supports student growth over time.

Beginning with a consultation allows us to ensure the program is a good match for your child’s learning needs and goals.

All consultations and coaching sessions are conducted online, allowing students from across Australia to participate in the program.
Online sessions remain highly interactive, ensuring students receive the same guidance, feedback, and structured coaching as they would in person.
To maintain small group sizes and personalised feedback, places in the program are limited.
