·  48-Hour Notice for Cancellations: If you need to cancel, please provide at least 48 hours' notice prior to the class start time to avoid any fees. You will be provided with a full credit or refund.

·  50% Cancellation Fee: Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled class will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the class fee. This fee helps to cover the spot that would otherwise remain unfilled.

·  Reschedule: If you prefer not to pay the cancellation fee, you can reschedule your class to another class, subject to availability. Please contact me as soon as possible to select an alternative class time.

·  No-Show Policy: If you do not attend the scheduled class and have not provided prior notice, no refund will be issued. If possible, I will offer a rescheduling option, but please note that this is subject to availability.

·  Class Rescheduling Due to Unforeseen Circumstances: In the event that I need to cancel or reschedule a class due to unforeseen circumstances (such as illness or emergencies), you will be notified as soon as possible, and we will work together to find a suitable time to reschedule the class.

·  100% Money Back Guarantee: If no noticeable improvement is seen after 8 weeks of consistent attendance, a full refund will be issued upon request—no questions asked.

·  Free Trial Policy: Families are invited to attend one free trial lesson with no obligation to continue. Should you wish to proceed with enrolment after the trial, the full term fee will be required to secure your child’s place in the class.
